Exercise Group

Our aquatic physiotherapy class is open to all participants who can swim independently and manage without assistance in the changing room due to simultaneous use of accessible facilities. The sessions encompass diverse exercises, focusing on upper and lower limb exercises, balance, coordination, and concluding with a weekly challenge or enjoyable game.
Please note that an assessment is required for all participants before joining the Hydrotherapy Class and availability is limited.
