Liss Clinical Service Lead

Emma Jewer has specialised in neurological physiotherapy for over 15 years, treating patients with brain injuries across a wide range of neurological settings both acutely and within specialist outpatient clinics. She joined Hobbs Rehabilitation in 2015 and set up their concussion and vestibular rehabilitation service, which is now recognised as the leading provider of specialist multi-disciplinary concussion rehabilitation in the UK. 

Emma completed a masters level qualification in neurological and vestibular disorders 2023, enhancing her clinical expertise within this area. She leads a highly skilled neurological interdisciplinary team in delivering rehabilitation for acute concussion through to complex, multi-system persistent concussion symptoms (PCS). Her client base ranges from elite athletes across multiple sports, to complex poly-trauma brain injuries. 

Emma is passionate about improving concussion recovery for all and strives to share her knowledge through concussion education. She has delivered training for a wide range of audiences from University lecturing, to practical training courses at premiership football clubs and for the UK Sports Institute.

It brings together clinicians and professionals with a shared focus on advancing rehabilitation through education, collaboration, and shared values. All clinicians at Hobbs Rehabilitation are part of the wider MiNT community, forming the foundation of The MiNT Academy.
