Hobbs Rehabilitation Intensive Neurotherapy Centre
We are looking for a dynamic, friendly team player to take on a new role due to the recent growth of The MiNT Academy. You would be based at the Bristol Intensive Neurotherapy Centre and support the daily administrative activity within the MiNT Headquarters research centre which opened in October 2022. This will include involvement in the organisation and delivery of research trials, for example, patient recruitment, managing diaries, and liaison with external companies. You will support clinicians in the delivery of educational courses, both internally and in collaboration with other venues and providers, including academic institutions. You will liaise closely with the Hobbs Rehab Marketing Team to assist in the promotion of The MiNT Academy through the website, social media and other publications. The role will also include the management of background systems such as patient databases, email correspondence and travel/accommodation bookings.
You will also assist with covering administrative duties for Bristol Intensive Neurotherapy Centre clinical services for a small amount of time each week, and as required for sickness and holiday cover.

● Supporting research trial activity, including but not limited to patient recruitment, research databases, trial record keeping and updating MiNT paperwork.
● Linking with Hobbs Marketing Team to assist with MiNT events management and promotional activity, including educational courses and conferences
● Maintaining up-to-date contact lists and records of collaboration partners and MiNT members
● Point of contact for visitors to the centre and research participants
● Administration support for The MiNT Academy Development Team – paperwork, email monitoring and diary management
● Assistance for patients wishing to book transport and accommodation for research studies
● Supporting organisation of student placements and experiences within MiNT
● Equipment and consumable ordering
● Booking travel and accommodation for MiNT clinicians who need to travel for research meetings and projects
● Taking minutes at internal MiNT research meetings, and external collaboration meetings as required
● Administrative cover for the clinical service, including reception cover and diary management as required
● Maths and English GCSE
● Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications (e.g. Excel and Word)
● Excellent communication skills, and ability to adapt communication style according to different situations
● Good organisational skills
● Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the changing needs of the service.
● Clear awareness and understanding of excellent customer services
● Ability to work well with others
● A good understanding of dealing with client confidentiality, data protection, and GDPR
● Customer Service / Business Administration Qualification
● Knowledge of systems used for timetabling, HR, training, and invoicing
● Experience working with IT in order to support the team with day to day problem solving
● Experience working within a clinical and/or research setting
● Previous experience working in customer service or reception setting
● Experience within marketing and knowledge of CRM systems
● Experience working in project and/or events management
