At Hobbs Rehabilitation, LiteGait is used as part of a comprehensive rehabilitation programme to support gait re-education and mobility training. It is typically used alongside conventional therapy to provide a safe environment for practising walking mechanics without the risk of falling. The system allows therapists to tailor sessions to the individual’s needs, adjusting weight-bearing and support levels to match their goals. LiteGait can be incorporated into both outpatient and intensive rehabilitation programmes to support progression towards functional, independent mobility.
We accept self-referrals and referrals from Medico-Legal, health and social care professionals and the charity sector.
