What is Intensive Rehabilitation?

Intensive Neurological Rehabilitation at Hobbs Rehabilitation is a specialised, multidisciplinary approach to therapy designed to address the unique challenges faced by individuals with neurological conditions. Whether living with the effects of a stroke, traumatic brain injury, or spinal cord injury, this form of rehabilitation focuses on maximising functional recovery, promoting independence, and enhancing overall quality of life.

Charlotte Vye, Specialist Neurological and Research Physiotherapist, at Hobbs Rehabilitation’s Intensive Neurotherapy Centre comments: “Evidence shows that intensity is extremely important for recovery after a neurological injury.  At Hobbs Rehabilitation, we strive to provide intensive rehabilitation through a combination of technology and conventional rehabilitation with a qualified therapist. We work closely with you to achieve your goals and see meaningful change. As therapists, we really enjoy getting to know our clients well and being able to see this progress in such a short period. Our packages can be up to 100 hours over 5 weeks and are tailored to suit your needs.”
