Intensive Neurotherapy Centre Patients can Now Stay at Mollie's Diner

June

One of the things (aside from our clinical excellence) that we are proud of is our responsiveness to patient feedback. So, we are pleased to announce that Hobbs Rehabilitation has partnered with Mollie’s in Bristol, where home comforts meet intelligent tech, so that patients from across the UK and indeed worldwide, can now access our Intensive Rehabilitation Packages.

Mollie’s Bristol is part of the Soho House group and provides accessible rooms with some connecting rooms available for patients and carers or family members to stay while attending the Intensive Neurotherapy Centre in Bristol.

It’s a great addition to our offering and this collaboration will enable case managers and medical professionals to refer their clients in confidence that access arrangements are in place, helping to deliver a more seamless and holistic rehabilitation pathway.

Speech and Language Gets all the Fun!

June

Hobbs Rehabilitation and MiNT are simultaneously raising awareness of the importance of speech and language therapy and their use of neurotechnology…

Get ready for innovation and disruption! We are bringing speech and language therapy to a global interdisciplinary forum at RehabWeek2023 in Singapore.

In other related speechie news, our specialist speech and language therapists are keen to ‘spread the word’ on their new communication course ‘Living With Aphasia’, launched during National Aphasia Awareness Month in May. The group, featured in our June Newsletter, is intended to consolidate strategies learned during the rehab sessions, in a supported environment.

We are also running a Parkinson’s disease voice group out of Lymington Hospital, plus a similar group for those unable to travel which is planned to run twice per year in blocks of 4 sessions over 2 weeks.

Lauren Cooper, Specialist Neurological Speech and Language Therapist was out and about delivering a presentation to a local PDUK group on how speech and language therapists can help them live well with Parkinson’s.

It's Time for the Superhero Tri!

It’s that time of year again… We are proud to announce our participation in this year’s Superhero Triathlon, the UK’s one & only disability sports series for the Everyday Superhero!
