Here at Hobbs Rehabilitation Chedington our next few months are looking incredibly exciting, with lots of wonderful retreats for a wide range of conditions, and we would love to welcome you to our beautiful estate to join us!
Here’s what’s on offer…
Kids Therapy Camp – 30th March-2nd April 2026
This very special week is a wonderful opportunity to combine intensive therapy with unforgettable, fun experiences with the entire family. Maximise progress with tailored therapy, enjoy family-friendly activities, and relax with access to hydrotherapy and advanced neurotechnology. Perfect for combining essential therapy with a holiday everyone can enjoy.
In an exciting week-long retreat in stunning luxury accommodation, we invite the whole family to join in on activities while providing neurorehabilitation for children such as physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, and equine therapy and having the opportunity to discover our extensive neurotechnology, including the Lokomat® Pro, provided to us by Summit Medical and Scientific – the only one of its kind suitable for children in the UK.
The week will consist of half intensive therapy and half family activities over both the Easter and May half terms, fully catered with accommodation for the whole family in the stunning Chedington Estate.
Amp-Camp with Dorset Orthopedics – 9th-13th March 2026
This week-long retreat gives you an amazing opportunity to get active, try new adaptive sports, and connect with fellow amputees in a supportive post-injury environment. Challenge yourself, explore new experiences, and enjoy a little “sneaky rehab” along the way – all while staying in luxury accommodation on 600+ acres of countryside.
Over the week you will get the chance to give multiple different activities and adaptive sports a go, such as adaptive biking, climbing, paddleboarding, and shooting in a safe environment where you will not only build your confidence to explore different activities, but also build a supportive community with other amputees on the retreat.
This retreat focuses on adaptive sport as therapy over traditional therapy methods, and is fully catered with luxury accommodation on the Chedington Estate.
PD Retreat – 8th-12th June 2026
Supporting life with Parkinson’s for you and your partner. This 5-day holistic retreat offers rest, connection, and the tools to live optimally with Parkinson’s, all set in luxury accommodation amidst 500+ acres of peaceful countryside.
This is a couples retreat for you and your partner to experience a holistic, intensive programme of education, exercise, group sessions, and workshops on managing Parkinson’s. It also offers your partner a chance for respite and time away in the beautiful Chedington estate, where they can stay with you and enjoy all the estate has to offer.
You will get the opportunity to explore Challenge PD exercise classes, as well as other fun activities such as walking football and hydrotherapy, while also learning more about managing Parkinson’s with talks on nutrition, sleep, bladder and bowel management, and support from our neuropsychologist.
The facilities are all on one site, so not only will you get to use all the neurotechnology we have on offer, but your partner will also have the opportunity to learn to use all the facilities, and network with others in similar situations.
This retreat focuses on working with your partner to navigate living with Parkinson’s, as well as giving both of you time away to focus on yourselves. It is fully catered with luxury accommodation on the Chedington Estate.
