Placing You at the Centre of Care

I have just had my first Physiotherapy placement at Hobbs Rehabilitation. I was based at Hobbs Rehabilitation Winchester with Louis Martinelli as my Practice Educator. I found this placement a valuable experience with many opportunities, including community classes, working in the hydrotherapy pool, MINT e-learning, and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. From these experiences, I found the hydrotherapy pool to be the most interesting for both my learning and in aiding patients’ recovery. I want to thank the team for all their kindness and enthusiasm in welcoming and supporting me. I would especially like to mention Louis, who enabled me to gain a diverse learning experience and guided me throughout this placement.

You’re all really good, and all the devices are really good. The technology makes my rehabilitation more enjoyable and helps make therapy feel more fun.

I learnt so much during my placement at Hobbs. The fantastic team, including Louis and the rehabilitation staff, provided valuable teaching, opportunities, and feedback throughout my experience.
