It was nice to be able to measure actual progress through my session at Hobbs. I think its good to have intensive bursts of physio as apposed to 1 a month like I was having before. Like with Hobbs I’m now able to carry on with exercises at home and use Hobbs whenever I feel I need some direction or more exercises.
