I had a stroke in September 2018. Initially I had lost feeling in my left side totally, it’s been interesting to track my progress, you don’t recall how bad it was in the beginning. The improvement has been continuous. I can do most things like buttoning shirts, tying shoelaces, carrying a glass of wine, lifting things into the cupboard. When you’re doing intensive therapy someone is there with you the whole time which is a great help.
