Depending on your needs, home-based rehabilitation may include Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Clinical Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Assistant support. The combination of therapies will be tailored to your individual goals.
Yes. Your rehabilitation may move between different settings as your needs change. For example, you may receive inpatient rehabilitation before transitioning to home-based therapy and later continue with outpatient rehabilitation.
