Hobbs Rehabilitation provides specialist inpatient and residential rehabilitation for people who require a focused period of rehabilitation following a hospital stay or as part of their wider recovery. Our programmes are designed around your individual needs and goals, with access to a multidisciplinary team and different levels of support depending on your clinical, rehabilitation and care requirements.
Our inpatient rehabilitation can support people who are medically stable but require specialist rehabilitation, ongoing clinical input or additional support. Depending on your individual needs, rehabilitation may be provided in a facility with 24-hour care, in a setting without ongoing care, or through a residential arrangement that can also provide respite for families and carers. The most appropriate setting and level of support will be determined through assessment.
Inpatient rehabilitation is delivered through bespoke packages of multidisciplinary therapy, tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
Depending on your needs, an inpatient package may include a combination of the following services and specialist programmes:

Your suitability and the most appropriate setting will be determined through assessment.
The level of care available depends on your individual needs and the facility most appropriate for you. Some inpatient rehabilitation settings provide 24-hour care, while others focus primarily on rehabilitation without ongoing care. Residential options may also provide respite for families and carers.
Your programme will begin with an assessment of your clinical needs, abilities and rehabilitation goals. The multidisciplinary team will then develop a personalised programme, with therapy, clinical input and support adapted as you progress.
Your multidisciplinary team may include Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Clinical Neuropsychologists, Rehabilitation Assistants and a Rehabilitation Medicine Consultant. The combination and frequency of input will be tailored to your individual needs.
