The facility offers high-intensity residential programmes where families and carers can stay together. Intensive day packages and outpatient sessions include access to the whole estate, including all health and wellbeing facilities such as pools, gyms, and a therapy suite, if requested.

Hobbs Rehabilitation at Chedington can cater for the continuum of the whole rehabilitation pathway from sub-acute to outdoor leisure pursuits combining neurotechnology with hands-on treatment.

Our service includes access to consultants in rehabilitation medicine and specialists in spinal cord injury, amputation, complex brain injury. Programmes involve physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, clinical neuropsychology, hydrotherapy and adaptive sport.

Fully-equipped world-class gymnasium including conventional therapy equipment and strength and conditioning suite. Prosthetic workshop for immediate prosthetic or orthosis adjustments.

Aquatic physiotherapy is provided in two hydrotherapy suites one of which is a fully-equipped accessible changing room including a tracking hoist. The pool also includes resistant jet technology and a treadmill. The suite includes an accessible sauna.

All therapy programmes are tailored towards personalised goals with a focus on functional independence, access to community and leisure.

Kids Therapy Camp – 30th March–2nd April

Where intensive therapy meets family fun. Maximise progress with tailored therapy, enjoy family-friendly activities, and relax with access to hydrotherapy and advanced neurotechnology. Perfect for combining essential therapy with a holiday everyone can enjoy. Plan ahead—sessions will also run during May half-term.

Amp-Camp – April

Get active, try new adaptive sports, and connect with fellow amputees in a supportive post-injury environment. Challenge yourself, explore new experiences, and enjoy a little “sneaky rehab” along the way—all while staying in accommodation on 600+ acres of countryside.

PD Retreat – 8th–12th June

Supporting life with Parkinson’s for you and your partner. This 5-day holistic retreat offers rest, connection, and the tools to live optimally with Parkinson’s, all set in luxury accommodation amidst 600+ acres of peaceful countryside.

Accommodation for clients, carers, family and friends is available, enabling whole families to stay together. Inclusion of families in the rehabilitation journey results in improved understanding and communication through shared experiences.
